M.SC. IN APPLIED NUTRITION SYLLABUS OUTLINE
a) Can get job as a “School Teacher” after qualifying the Teachers’ Eligibility Tests like SSC in the state of West Bengal.
b) Can get job as a “Clinical Nutritionist” or “Dietitian” at various Central/ State Govt. /Private Hospitals, Nursing Homes etc.
c) Can get job in Food and Nutrition sector as a “Nutritionist” or “Quality Control Supervisor”.
d) Can set up own consultancy clinic as a “Consultant Nutritionist” or “Dietitian”.
e) Can join a College or Institution conducting courses in Nutrition, Applied Nutrition, Dietetics as an “Asst. Professor”.
f) Have the opportunity to go for further studies in the field of Nutrition, Applied Nutrition, and Dietetics etc and in the field of Hospital Management etc.
g) After qualifying the NET or equivalent Examination, one can become a Junior Research Fello
